We offer professional dog waste removal and deodorizer services for both residential yards and commercial properties. Whether it’s a private backyard, apartment complex, HOA community, or public green space, we scoop all visible waste, take it with us, and leave the area clean, fresh, safe, and ready to enjoy.
We require a debit or credit card on file to begin service. Your card will be automatically charged in advance on your billing day for the upcoming month’s service. You can add or update your card anytime within your account on our client portal. Your billing cycle starts on your service start date.
Yes, we will be there rain or shine. Although, in the event of severe weather, such as thunderstorms, high wind, or heavy snow, it may stop us from doing our job properly. You will be notified that service will be postponed. Weather permitting, we will make up any missed service during the same week. If this is not possible, service will be postponed to your next service date. If we know that heavy snow is coming, we may schedule service a day early, or later during the week, depending on how the snow falls.
Yes, we do! We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it's the quality of our service on which we stake our success. We're working very hard to make our name mean reliable, high-quality service. We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know within 24 hours. We will make it right either by coming back to re-clean the yard FREE or by crediting your account.
