What services do you offer?We offer professional dog poop pick-up services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include weekly and one-time cleanings to keep your yard clean and safe for your family and pets.

How do I sign up for service?You can sign up for our services by visiting our website and filling out the get quote form. Once completed, you’ll be contacted by our team with your monthly quote and potential start date.

How do you bill me?We require a debit or credit card on file to begin service. Your card will be charged automatically on your billing day. You can add a card from within your account in our client portal. Your billing cycle aligns to when you begin service. *For example, if you sign up on the 15th of the month, your invoice will be generated and due on the 15th of every month for the coming month’s service.

How often do you clean my yard?We offer weekly and one-time cleanups.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?No, you do not. We’ll work hard to keep you as a customer and will count on that hard work to keep your loyalty.

Is there an extra charge if it’s been a while since the yard was cleaned?If it has been a while since your yard has been cleaned, there may be an extra charge for your first visit.

Is there an extra charge for big dogs?Our rates are the same no matter the size or breed of your dog.

Do I have to be home for you to clean my yard?No, you do not need to be home if we have access to your yard.

Can my dog be outside while you are scooping?Yes, we get along well with dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not allow us into the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean your yard, we ask that you restrain or confine your dog.

Will you scoop in bad weather?Yes, we will be there rain or shine. Although, in the event of severe weather (thunderstorms, high wind, heavy snow) it may stop us from doing our job properly. You will be notified that service will be postponed. Weather permitting, we will make up any missed service during the same week. If this is not possible, service will be postponed to your next service date. If we know that heavy snow is coming, we may schedule service a day early, or later during the week, depending on how the snow falls.

What if my cleanup day falls on a holiday?If your clean up falls on New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day, we will try our best to move services to another day. If it is not possible, double duty will be performed on your next service date. All other major holidays are worked unless notified 2 weeks in advance.

Does my lawn need to be cut prior to service?We ask for the lawn to be maintained and not heavily overgrown and free of heavy leaves as we can only scoop what we see.

Do you guarantee your service?Yes, we do! We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it's the quality of our service on which we stake our success. We're working very hard to make our name mean reliable, high-quality service. We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know within 24 hours. We will make it right either by coming back to re-clean the yard FREE or by crediting your account.

Are you licensed and insured?We are licensed and fully insured.

Can I choose my service day?In order to keep our prices low, we arrange the days of our weekly routes based off geographical location, similar to how your trash service operates. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a regular service day for you if our team is not in your area that day. However, if you have a special one-time event or party that will require cleaning to be more specifically timed that week, please reach out to our team as far in advance as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
